Description

I have 66 xml files containing the text of the Bible that must be converted to rtf format. I am including a sample XML fle, and an rtf file from a different version of the text.

The rules, though, are identical:

+<woc> tags must appear as red-letter text
+verse numbers must be superscript
+one verse per line of the rtf file -- no "poetic breaks" or carriage returns in the middle of a single verse
+Each chapter must begin with a chapter tag: <Chapter>Chapter 1</Chapter>
+keepWithnext paragraph formatting must be used for all headlines/subject headers (they appear as italics on their own line in the attached document). No headlines can appear at the end of a chapter. If a new chapter begins, the headlines must appear AFTER the chapter tag.

Any format such as bold or italic must be preserved
All cross-reference and footnote tags must be ignored and NOT included in output.

This is my third time posting this project. I believe that the problem each person is having is that they don't understand my instructions. If you are not perfectly fluent in English, please do not do this project as you must understand when the output does not make sense.
