Description

This project is fairly straight forward:

I have a client who sells a product online.
I would like him to use PayPal to handle his transactions.

However, PayPal's shipping settings are not advanced enough. He needs the shipping price to adjust depending on where the product is being shipped to, which PayPal doesn't seem to be able to handle.

So - we would like to use the UPS Shipping Rates HTML Tool, and use it together with PayPal.

It is preferred that you have some experience setting up a PayPal shopping page.
