Description

On my server, a duplicate of an existing .xml file needs to be created. A redirect needs to be written to redirect the original .xml to a new URL. That's it.

Fastest bidders win! I need this done asap (yesterday). Easy a quick.

I'll give the rest of the information (server settings, two URLs) to the winning bidder. My expectation is that this is a very low-bid task. Then again, though, it'll be fast.

Modification of orginal project description:

This will need to be done on an Apache server instead of a Windows server. Here's a URL that explains what needs to be done in more detail. Steps 1 and 2 of this description have already been completed.
