I need a person who can build an RSS gadget for Windows Vista/Windows 7 (very similar to the inbox feed gadget that ships with Windows Vista and Windows 7). The purpose of this gadget is to transmit news and information related to our company to the users who have this gadget installed on their computers (Windows-based only).
