We have completed projects like this dozens of time and have just completed a project where we plotted the Lat/Long using the Google Map SDK. The rule of thumb is 7,500 addresses per hour per computer processing the request. (around 12 hours total or 6 hours with two full time computers). We will also standardize the addresses for you as well if needed.
