Description:	i am looking to display xml data that has not expired when compared to the server/system date. for example: i have 5 upcoming party events. when the date of each party event passes i do not want the the past event to show on my webpage. only future events should be shown. for this project assume 5 party dates with date, title, description attributes (some future some past), you provide the html, xml, and xsl documents. if i am looking at this the wrong way, and you think there is an easier way, let me know.. Additional information submitted: 01/29/2008 at 11:01 EST: thank you for all the responses. there seems to be a need for clarification on what i need. i have a basic html website that i use dreamweaver CS3 to update. i use the built-in spry data functionalities to place xml data on the pages. this works great for most things, but not great for filtering content by a date comparison at page load. i have created a basic html page to show what i need. i have included the html, xml, and spry assets in the zip file. i am not married to spry, it is just easy for me to use. there are two notes in the html to help clarify more. hope this helps you finalize your bid. thanks again. 01/29/2008 at 14:03 EST: two more points of clarification... 1. i prefer not to create a database or change my file type to .php, .asp, etc. 2. the files i gave use spry and their javascript, but your solution does not need to use spry. i hope to use the html (edited) and xml (unedited) docs i provided and add your files to make this work.
