Description:	We are looking to build a New York hotel booking website using an XML feed provided by travel IAN Site should look like vacationrentalsclub.net but with our graphics and colors. Requirements: 1. Home page 2. "City" page - displays a number of hotels for the city, a map, a date selector, landmarks etc. 3. "Availability Search" - similar to the city page, but returns live pricing and availability for hotels 4. "Hotel" page - displays all hotel information, photos, maps, etc. date selector enables the hotel to be booked from here. 5. Secure bookings NOT REQUIRED. Please note that we intend to "drop off" the visitor onto SSL pages provided by a third party, and so the secured bookings (SSL) pages are not required. Rather than list all the functionalities required, please refer to https://www.ian.com/ian/affiliatecenter/login.jsp - we would like all of the functionalities available on this website to be replicated. The "look and feel" should be similar to the vacationrentalsclub.net website, although there should obviously be some design differences to make this project original. Design must be stylish and web 2.0-like, and intuitive. Should work with a CSS file which can be changed to alter the entire look of the website. Should be designed to allow for multiple languages to be used Code must be well layed out and understandable. Intuitive labelling and variable names should be used. Code should be efficient so that it loads rapidly on user's computer The finished project should be fully functional and installed upon delivery, with all rights belonging to the buyer.
