I need a website for a construction company. The site has to be beautiful, with clean codes and great design.

Use http://www.visioncontractors.com as a template. The website (http://www.visioncontractors.com) is ugly but it contains all the content i need, Use the text on http://www.visioncontractors.com as placeholder. I'll replace it with mine later. My budget is $100. And i need it in 3 days, Are you up to the task. Show me sample of your design.
