Description: This project is for the ultimate purpose of moving my site (www.quoteassure.com)to the front page on major search terms. Everything has to be Top Notch Seo Quality,nothing less will do. That is why i need a custom Template. ( need a really sharp template)
I realize this job requires some varied skills
Please do not bid if you cannot do the complete job, That is exactly what I need done.

1.Need New Template with built in Logo,(I believe the 2m express templates are CSS) build to specific parameters.
Must work with 2mhost, 2m express server and editor. When completed send me a copy of the Template in file) and load on server and load site to new template. I will provide the winner with Cpanel login to gather needed info and test your work as you go.

2.Need newsletter set up as Rss news feed, XML format. Syndicate and offer a (Get the Feed Link) from my page. Need Newsletter set to Syndicate each time I publish.
A. Need nice newsletter sign up form built and activated
to build a mailing list.

3. 50 one way pr3+ links to Newsletter, hand Submitted to blog sites etc(permanent Insurance and finance, American only) Social bookmarking ok but only relevant and only American.

I will attach a document with the specs for the template.(disregard Template # 2)
* The template design must load quickly, work with the 2m express editor, Be 100% Google, SEO friendly.

Please reply with some specifics on how you are qualified and how you will perform the specific tasks. This will let me know you have understood what I need done.
My next project will be to Seo and Promote this site to the front page on 3-5 Keyphrases, in 4-5 months. All of this work has to be done before I can begin that project.

I need this project delivered in 30 days Max.
I will escrow $50 to begin this project and Escrow the balance on delivery.
