Description:	BID COST: I've posted the true cost of my budget but whether you need to post higher or can post lower than our minimum either way, we look forward to speaking with everyone. So for instance, even if you want to bid higher, feel free to do so by clearly stating this in a PM to me but explain what you can offer and why you are higher in bid than all others! I will obviously be looking for someone within my budget but if don't find what I want in that area first, I may resort to looking for bids a bit higher if need be so don't discount the possibility. JOB: WEBSITE FOR PROGRAMMING COMPANY SUMMARY: In short, I am an Oracle DBA and Programmer and over several years, I’ve learned all about the wonderful world of working with some of the worlds best freelance programmers from around the world. Owning over 500 websites myself, averaging 7 or more jobs like this a week, having a full time crew of 38 programmers all working jobs they are specialists of and more recently, I’ve started a side business of bringing more American based companies to us to allow our professionals whether they be our full time guys or new talent found on freelance sites like this one, I’ve started sub-contracting many jobs out to other companies where I act mostly as a Project Manager. What I need is a very impressive interactive website which will show off the sites we have built, how we can clone any site or build off any idea someone may have at a very reasonable price! A section should be provided so a description of the job may be submitted to us to get a FREE JOB ESTIMATE. If an accurate quote is wanted, I would charge $25 to research the depth of the job which will be refunded if the job is awarded to us with the guarantee we will have the highest quality and best price GUARANTEED over any other company offering to do a similar job what ever it may be. A wysiwyg editor should be provided for the user to write up his job summary and the job be automatically filed and given a document number in our system. It should have within the admin area a Pending, Processing, and Completed area to look up job listings. In here I should be able to attach special notes like who I’ve awarded the job to it to do the work if in Processing status, and have specific information such as when the job first became available, when it was actually started by the programmer and when it is finished along with full documentation of email conversations back and forth between me, the company hiring us and the programmer all hidden inside my admin so I can have a history of conversations if ever I need to go back over any misunderstandings. Everything should be able to be available in the admin to keep quotes given, deposits received, payments to be made on dates promised, etc. In the upper right corner should be a calculator that tabulates all jobs ever done which shows how much I’ve spent on advertising on freelance sites, how much we have had the opportunity to win, and how much we collected to keep a running tab on how the business is doing and can be queried year to year Jan-Dec which would help with filling taxes. Back to the front side again, I would want an incredible and the most professional looking site to be seen by all potential customers which would really get them to want to use our company over all others and personally, I don’t how much the person who is awarded this job wants to exaggerate or stretch the truth to get this message across. You phenomenal credentials and more! Pictures showing a very tall glass building with our company name photo shopped on it! A picture of programmers all staffing in a conference or at work ripped from somewhere else (preferably royalty free so we don’t get an email asking why another companies pics are on our site), etc. Most of all, make sure as professional as everything is it doesn’t look like we would be too expensive to work with. But rather, make it big and bold that we will guarantee to beat anyone’s price or they won’t pay nothing!
