We are looking for a CSS expert to turn a graphic design concept into a fast loading w3c complaint website reality.

The website is to consist of 2 pages.

Please only bid if you are experienced in creating fluid CSS websites, which use an indestructible navigation and box approach. We will only respond to bidders who quote in their private message the numbers ten and four, so that we know that this is not just a standard response.
