Description

I need someone to help me configure the CMS open source (phpcms) for my website so that I can be able to easily make updates. The open source CMS script is already installed in my cpanel or it can be downloaded from their website. It needs to be customized where necessary.

THe second part of this simple project is to write an xhtml validated CSS that will allow the website user to change the color of the website background from white to another color. In addition this xhtml validated CSS should allow the user to increase the font size from default to higher and higher. These 2 specific effects can be seen on add[dot]org[dot]uk. My website is almost exactly similar.

If you have other ways to have my website offer the above features, please feel free to let me know. I am not specifically attached to just the above ways to achieve my goal. Now, if you would like to effect the font-changing feature via some script, please feel free but it must work fine without hitches.

The SP will and must install the above on my site and make sure they work fine before escrow can be released. I will test everything before I release the escrow to make sure I am getting a good job. Thank you very much.
