5 to 6 pages all HTML and all static content, set up email with autoresponder and provide database tool. Experience with Dreamweaver or Go Live and FTP protocol and unix.

I have most of the elements ready to go, copy, pix, keywords, domain, and links. I need someone to design the page, put it all together and publish it before Friday of this week.

I also want your best recommendation for optimization. Plus, I may need a 3D Ebook image. I will provide the art work as a jpeg or tiff file.

My budget for this project is between $60 and $120. Please place your most aggressive bid. I need the first draft completed within 36 hours of the acceptance of the project.

Also please quote me separately a support contract for 3months for minor tweaks/maintenance.

Website must be simple, clean, uncluttered.
Design must incorporate best practices for scalability and keyword optimization.
Overall look must be polished.
Attention to detail is a must.
The site should require little or no maintenance.
