Description:	Web Designer: Help clients make basic changes to their websites through their Admin Console web forms: - Requires basic HTML and Photoshop skills. - Creating a basic logo using a template we provide. -Help clients make changes and customizations to their new site. You would normally be logging in to our admin area and would see a list of trial sites. When the potential client signs up for a free trial, they often provide information about their target market and links to any existing websites or other background info that may help you. However, they often don't completely fill out the form and we need to do some searching on Google to try to find more background information to work with. We also try to contact them to follow up for more information before spending much time on their trial site. But for the time being we'll just include any relevant information they provided here. You can create a logo for them if they don't already have one. You can put their picture up in the About Me section. You can change the Community Information and Template images to more accurately reflect the agent's area. You can include making any other changes that may encourage the client to further explore our sites. SEO: SEO for clients' websites - Perform basic SEO on the website including title and meta tags editing and minimal copy writing. - Search engine and directory submissions. - Locate potential link partners. The general goal is to generate more interest from the potential client by customizing the site so that they get better idea of what the site could look like and what things can be changed. I will be paying you for the work done, preferably through Paypal. I need serious guys for this work as its long term position for the right person. You have to do a 3 hrs trial before we proceed. Hourly rates what I am looking for is $2-$3 not more than that at the moment as I have a tight budget but future work and increment is promised if the work is good.
