Description

I have 2 SLIGHTLY COMPLICATED .PSD image files.
Please note how we work: I have already hired one company to do this task, but they couldn't do it. Another company, for a higher price, was doing it well, but then quit, no reason why.

We cannot have a HUGE page source, and everything needs to be XHTML verifiable, well done for search engines, and in XHTML, not HTML. We also need a WELL DONE, external CSS style sheet, nothing crappy here.

THIS MUST BE DONE IN 1 WEEK.

I know there are plug ins for Photoshop some people use, this is unacceptable.

TIME IS PUSHING US. I must see progress within 24 hours of file transfer to you. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS. Again, project must be done in 1 week. We need this project done well.

Some things you will have to know: There will be a user login system, so you must know how to add a text box where people can type in their user name, and then a password where ****'s show up, etc. etc. PM me if you want an example of it being done well, but not finished.

You must have good feedback as well, and have experience doing this. Thanks.
