Description

I need a complete XHTML/CSS based Wordpress Theme based on an existing (table-based) non-Wordpress layout.

Please take the following pages as a master:

Start/Archive page:

Please note the following:

- Color: Please take the color scheme from this page: http://www.dlr.de/desktopdefault.aspx/ Other pages have a different color set. I do not want that. I just want the color scheme from the page mentioned above

- Right sidebar: Should be widget-ready

- Key visual: No Flash necessary here as in the original page. Just a plain key visual. Would be nice, if you could place the Website's title in here as an h1 tag (not the page title!)

- No need for a second language. You do not need the "English" link in the upper right corner

- Top navigation should be set individually

- Left navigation should be based on the categories

- Start page: I am not the biggest fan of that center part. If you can make it nicer from a typo perspective, I am happy for your proposals

- After finishing the conversion please upload the theme to one of your wordpress demo sites, so that I can test the theme from a user and editor perspective. Please provide me with a login/password for testing purposes
