Description

Hello,

I need an experienced blog designer to convert a PSD file into a Wordpress theme. He should also have some knowledge of SEO to improve the blog ranking. Most importantly he has to be good in CSS coding as the blog must meet the web XHTML/CSS standard.

The blog is a multi-author blog. So when the user clicks the author name it will bring them to the author page and display the all the posts written by the writer.

He will have also have the to do the css coding for the widgets to be displayed like the screenshots provided. All the plugins used can be found free on the web and there's no need to program the plugins.

The PSD file will be provided to you. A server will also be provided for blog testing.
