Description

I'm looking for someone who can :
1) Cut a design verry properly, considering backgrounds,boxes, buttons.. Someone who can cut a design properly and with intelligence .
I don't have PSD file, but i have a big PNG file, so it must be cutted !
2) Make a proper XHTML file, don't use tables, only div
3) The code must be clean, and must validate W3C (http://validator.w3.org/) .

Please don't reply if you don't have experience with this kind of works...
It's a realy easy work, that can take about 1 or 2 hours max for someone who have experience .
Must be done in 1 day !
