TURN-KEY PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY:

We provide concierge services; mediating between Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) and a specific class of licensed content owners.

PROJECT: Customizable (White-label) Website template:

Desired Page-Scripts can be integrated onto our various corporate-clients websites to enable their visitors pay for services via Premium-SMS.

GUI and Portal Interaction Flows Should Reflect Accordingly:
1. User visits clients’ payment portal and registers Name and Email Address.

2. User selects his/her home country from drop-down menu.

3. A list and logo’s of our partnered-MNO’s for that specific selected country appears.

4. User selects MNO - triggering purchase cost display on same page being viewed.

5. User inputs mobile phone number in field.

6. User creates and inputs 4 digit PIN number in field.

7. Clicking Purchase initiates Premium-SMS payment trigger functions:
-User receives SMS notification and payment confirmation query:
-SMS Query to User conveys payment process completion instructions; to the effect that:
-User to reply SMS with registered PIN number.
-SMS response will trigger Pushed WAP application download requiring User’s permission.
-WAP application enables mobile phone to automatically send 4 to 5 Premium-SMS messages to
meeting billing requirements (provided adequate airtime credits are loaded on User’s handset).

8. User’s Purchase Consent, WAP billing application activation, and billing confirmation to
register on our partnered-clients portal via our Mobile VAS Aggregators SMS gateway
(Payment confirmation to be auto-refreshed - updated and displayed for the User on our
corporate clients’ web portal).

9. User receives licensed content on mobile phone via SMS, and a copy sent to User’s registered
email - along with any customizable message(s) from our corporate-clients.

10. Accessibility to separate back-end password protected Billing and Transaction database records
for our Corporate-clients, our Company and MNO’s are essential - along with a report
generation capability.

We expect to engage winning the bidder on a consultative basis with our mobile VAS Aggregator.
