Description

I use IVR software called VoiceGuide, at voiceguide.com . Operating system is Windows 2000 . Telephony hardware is Proline/2V analog. I have the Enterprise 2 line dialer version of the VoiceGuide software.
I am willing to upgrade to Dialogic D/41JCT card if required.

I require someone who knows this IVR software very well and who has worked with this software before, and who has excellent knowledge and experience with Dialogic cards and setup.

I'd like to create a customized predictive dialer that works like this:
I load a database of phone numbers and names, and I monitor each call going out.
If it is a number no longer in service, I press a button on computer keyboard (or click on the screen a button) or press a button on
the phone, and the system will hangup and automatically dial the next
number.
If it is an answering machine, I wait for the machine to finish, and at the prompt, I press a button on the computer keyboard / screen, or phone, and the system will play a pre-recorded voicemail message, but I don't wait around for the voicemail to be completed; instead, the system will do this for me, while the system switches to a second line and dials the next number.

If it is a live person, I will go ahead and talk, and after the
conversation, I press a button on the keyboard/ screen or phone , to let the system hang up and dial the next number.

All the while, I can see on my computer screen which number I'm speaking to, and what the name of the person is, as was specified by the database (.xls) record. This would be very similar to the Citalink Live Dialer system as shown at quickblaze.com

You can use Telephony API (TAPI) for this purpose. Using TAPI, you could do following features: - make a call - check the pickup event - check if the remote party is human or machine, by using frequency comparator - check digit pressed/tone - generate DTMF tone - playing WAV media format - recording conversation - hangup phone - etc? This TAPI Library is default library of MS Windows, so you dont need to worry about the license.
