I need someone whom can be my site administrator to configure components and for when things don't work as they should.

I have a joomla site that publishes jobs for health institutions.

The site is in joomla 1.5 and the following components are important for the site: content factory, acajaoom pro, billets, ijoomla admanager, ijoomla seo, jom comment, gmaps-pro, yos news crawler, jomsocial.

I need somone who can configure these programs (acajoom is the one that needs configuring now and content factory is asking some attention as it is new and gives some faults at clients adding content on their author account. (at this moment for the news crawler I have a special programmer at work.)

I'm thinking of a bid for a price per month with like 4 hours of work every week. So if your bid is 100$ thats what I pay you every month for working 4 hours a week. some weeks there will be nothing and some weeks more than the 4 hours.

What I need is a joomla expert that can be trusted, you are working on a live site wich means that no mistakes can be made. when you say you will work on it tomorrow you do that because you know that is what I will tell my clients! I do not want someone that promises and dont deliver.

I also need someone whom is communicative and someone that tells me up front if he/she can or cant do it. I rather hear you cant do something then that you start on it and make a mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Important!!!!!

The money I pay you will be payd by escow on gaf, I do not pay in advance, If you mess up I dont pay, If you make it right again, I pay, if something extremely difficult and time consuming has been done I show my gratitude.

I think in the beginning there will be some more work to do, then a litle less as it al works and then back to 4 hours a week trying new things.
