Description

I need 2 simple useful web based applications/tools.

1. The first application opens in a “stand-alone” EXE that's actually a simple browser which opens a specified URL. You may not need a script - I need a simple application - maybe a
“question/answer” format, where the user selects the most relevant option or “question” for their
situation, and then the best solution is presented - or simple application.

2. Is a Niche-Based Toolbar useful for niche.
