This is an easy job. As an amateur website builder and also an editor for a Family Newsletter, I've had the need to do this sort of thing myself. It would take a little adjusting to make everything in your word document look acceptable on a web page. Easy for me to do. See PM for details.

I started writing HTML from scratch about 15 years ago. It help greatly whil utilizing action script 2 or 3. but, I can do more than give you a basic HTML site. You have a lot of options even tho it's only HTML. My website is actually done in HTML only. No flash. There are some negative things about a HTML code only page, but we can talk more later about those options if you like. Portfolio available upon request.

Are you aware Microsoft has a little add-on to Word called Compact HTML (MS Office HTML Filter 2.0 - Office HTML filter v2.exe) that does the conversion? It produces code like this: Volatility Breakout Measurement and Transform Volatility Breakout Measurement and Transform Click Edit>>Transform from the main menu.  You should then see the Transform Dialog Box with the currently-selected Transform. etc. as well as a .css file that looks like this: p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} h1 { margin-top:12.0pt; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:3.0pt; margin-left:0in; page-break-after:avoid; border:none; padding:0in; font-size:16.0pt; font-family:Arial;} p.MsoDocumentMap, li.MsoDocumentMap, div.MsoDocumentMap {margin:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; background:navy; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Tahoma;} If this is acceptable, then I can do it for you. If not (which I guess is what you mean in your description), then what is required is a search and replace of all Word coding with HTML/CSS code. For longer term work, it might be advantageous to write a little custom program that does the conversion, so manual effort is not needed each time a conversion is desired. I write custom programs like that all the time, when it makes work more efficient.

I code in html. i have been since i was in the 9th grade. i recently converted a microsoft work document last night as a matter of fact. This is the website i made. http://ashley.godsofcss.com i typed up the text in word and i just added html to the document right in work copy and pasted right into notepad and changed it to untitled.txt to index.html and uploaded it.
