Bid On This Project

Description

I'm a developer working on a project that will use web servicves, XML documents that will allow doctors and pharmacists to electronically fill medication prescription orders. What I need is a parser that will read an XML message and convert it to a class object that can be used by my application. For example, an XML message for NewRx will be received. The parser will read the values contained in the message and convert them to a class, say NewRx that can then be used by my .net code. For example, the NewRx class will be used as: NewRx.patient.LastName, NewRx.Fname, NewRx.MedicationName etc.
There are about 6-7 messages that need to be implemented this way. I will need to be able to transmit and receive such messages.
I was wondering if this is something you could help with. Your part will be just the message parser/class portion. I have the specs of what is needed. You will need to demonstrate that your interface can read one of the XML messages and return a class object with all the appropriate value. You will also need to show that you can receive the class object representing the message and serialize it to XML so it can be transmitted. You desigh needs to be object oriented, and scalable so it can be used as an API for my portion of the project.
Thanks

To all Providers:
Please explain your implementation plan in 2-3 sentences so I know that we are all in agreement. This way I know that we both understand the project.
