I am seeking a programmer who has a complete understanding and background working knowlege of all facets of the WordPress Blog platform to develop a 'theme creator' (generator) application.

Effectively it would start as a clone of this app: http://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen/ but with more flexibility and functionality

New functionality would be required to be added / modified as follows.

• The app. is to be either a server based or desktop app. The app. must be able to be hosted on an individual users server. It is NOT to be an app. that is to be hosted on my servers for all user to access.

• Added functionality for users to be able to add 'headers' and 'footer' graphics designs into templates

• Functionality for the user to be able to add any WP template into the app. and modify that template using the theme creators functionality (in the example given http://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen/, there is only one master template included in the generator that can be modified)

• Add additional designs into the 'Background choices, besides the 12 that are already in the example TG app.

• Redesign the UI layout so as not to be too similar to the app. http://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen/

If you aren't 110% sure you can develop this app, please do not bid.

I'm not after trial and error.
