Description

We are looking for someone to develop a private stock market. The client should see his stock portfolio, and of course be able to buy and sell shares. This is not a real stock market, but should be based on how a real stock market works (seller adds his shares for sale, and requires a price, buyer can also request shares and set a bid price – whenever it is a match shares will be transferred to the buyer).

We are a members club setup as a company, and our members are allowed to invest in the company’s shares. So we need a tool where they can buy and sell shares, and track their portfolio. We also want the possibility to add several ‘companies’ so that there are more than one share to trade, basically an option of duplicating the stock market into several small markets.

Note that we are a small company, we will assist in way we can but we need a partner with good project management in house. Also note that we need a fixed price, +/-20% is OK but we cannot do this project on per hour basis as we have limited funds available for this development.
