This could be easier if the resume parser wrapped as a SOAP/WSDL Web Service when user input will be in XML format, and the output will be in XML format. So, the parsing process will be based on XSD Schema we defined here as .NET already provides the namespace/library for this purpose. There will be no problem in parsing Word, PDF, or Text Format. But, there is a question about TIFF format. It is better if you could provide us the sample in these 4 different file format, if you dont mind. Let me know so I could estimate the correct price and time-frame.
