Description

The system the entire process of applying, recommending and approving of leave of employee within a company and also under a group of companies.
The module include
1. Apply Leave - to select from a list of 19 type.
- can view entitlements
- reminder & auto routing
2. Recommend, Approval & Verification
3. Retracting Application
4. Adjust Leave
5. View Leave Card
6. Maintenance - Employee
- Supervisor
- Head of department
- Panel Clinic or Hospital (Add, Update)
- Secretary

Architecture & design
The design should take care of rule based routing of application and the user interface should be user friendly.
The system architecture should handle multi institute under single group and business rule should allow one to route application to other institute under the same group for approval.
The HR admin function is provided to build the routing function for each type of leave with email, sms or both notification.
The system should be scalable to handle 500-1000 concurrent users.
