I am looking for a flash professional with uptodate html, css and javascript skills.

I want a flash player which can continuously play all audio-formats. If a mediafile is not reachable / accesable the player must be able to skip to the next mediafile. Before the last mediafile is loaded the player must be able to reload the source in the background to fill up the stack.

Look and feel of the flash player should be adjustable easily (parameters or xml). The flash player must be able to load RSS and XSPF or MP3 directly.

You must have the know-how to control the flash player with javascript and vice versa.

There must be volume control. There must be fast forward and fast backward functionality. There must be a skip to next mediafile button. There must be a status loading bar with time played which is exchangeable on mouse click with time remaining and total time. There must be a pause button. There must be a display which shows the title and length of the next mediafiles. This display must be optional. Switch on, switch off with button.

I need a screendesign - minimalistic but state of the art and functional. Noisely.com is a good orientation but not good enough. Only apply for the job if you can do better than that!

I need the HTML templates. As much CSS as possible. Templates must validate against XHTML1.0 strict. JavaScript must be functional.

I need the sources of the flash file. Source must be free of all copyright issues and must be legal for commercial use.

You do NOT need to worry about any backend-functionality. Pushing the searching button will trigger a search request to a server. The answer of the request will be send to the flash-player. You must provide the javascript / flash functionality for this.

In the screendesign leave room for a full-size flash banner in the top middle and a 250x250 square in the lower left.
