- I need the 'Our Services' page from this template integrated into the previous template.

- We requires a cms back end for the entire site, as well, so we can update the site, including all pages, portfolio gallery, images, and copy.

Furthermore, we need the template populated and uploaded based on the following information:

- we will buy this template and provide you with the source files
- we will provide a wire frame
- we will provide copy to be uploaded
- we will provide images to be uploaded
- we have a logo already.

Please provide rate for ongoing maintenance for this new website as well over pmb ( maintainance work start after work is completed ).
