Hi All,

I'm looking for a experienced actionscript3 developer, that will build me a application in flash/flex/air. It's a application that can be used in meetings, with a multitouchscreen table. So there will be no keyboard input. Only vinger touches, so the application must be designed in that way. You don't need to program the touchevents. There is a opensource library available that can be used to have touch events like, dragging, scalling, rotating. So that doesn't have to be coded only used.

Application must have the following functions.


–Read users and time from an xml or database.
-Set a specific time to a user, for example user1 gets to talk for 10 min.etc.
-User talk should be recorded with a microfoon.
- After setting the users, we have to specify which user gets to talk first.
-After setting the users up, we can start the meeting. This will setup the users with there own user space, where they can see there own talking time, the user that is talking. It's just a prototype application it doesn't have to look all that fancy.
