Complete redesign of website homepage and a secondary page template that I will populate with content.

- Flash splash page design
- Flash/XML news ticker on home page
- Need a DHTML or similar vertical menu bar that is easily updated by myself.
- Develop a custom flash video player
- Flash header on home page and secondary content template page.
- Site must be searchable by keyword
- Printer friendly pages
