Description:	Basically, we need this personality test to run on a series of laptops. They do not need to be linked in any way, each program can run independently for our needs right now. Eventually, we'd like to integrate the test onto our website, etc. What we would like is some way to capture registration information. Name, address, email, phone, How soon do you plan to invest in a franchise?, and What franchise industry are you interested in? The results need to come out of a printer in a basic report form. Personality type first...then the list of franchise industries that match that profile. I've also attached our logo if you can put it in there and I have attached all the questions and information.
