Description: I need a clone of the Yahoo Video Player.

Project description:
Need Help! Current selected vendor unable to complete project. Actually, he took our money an ran. We have a psudo working model developed but thats as far as it got. We were patient and kept on getting tommorrows. Now, were on borrowed time.

We need a vendor that is willing to make this priority #1 and get this job done within the next 2 weeks.

What we need is the ability to have multiple categories (editable)with flash files that play, with infomation displayed about each title. Similar to this model but we are using .flv files and plan on distributing via CD or CD-ROM, and needs to be self running.

If you can pull this off, provide daily communications with us (yes, we are working on this as well but we need your expertise), please bid. You will need to complete an NDA (non disclosure agreement) before you discuss this with us and we can send you our files that are in process, and we will also own all Intellectial Property derived from this. We expect daily communications and IM (MSN).

The purpose of the program is to be repeatable so we can update every month with new videos. We also need to include .mp3's (can convert to .flv's if necessary) and .pdf's, and shockwave files for display.

I think the right person should be able to wrap this up for us in a week.
