Description: My name is Peter Guzzi I am the president of Insurance Agents United Association (IAUA) we are a non-profit association of Insurance agents. My plan is to offer an MLM concept with out multiple carrier base. this platform will enable a representative to build an agency of his own within the MLM structure.The IAUA is focused currently in the Senior market. We have companies like Aetna, Well Point, Humana, Bravo, Coventry and Arcadian etc. I have designed 10 levels

1. Sales leader $150.00
2. sales Director$ $180.00
3.District leader $200.00
4.Regional leader $220
5.Regional VP $240.00
6.Senior VP $260.00
7.National Sales Director NSD $280.00
8.Area Marketing Director $290.00
9.Executive VP $300.00
10. Charter President $315.00 CP

We also are going to put $100.00 worth of ACI Estate stock for each sale sold into the writing agents account. And $50.00 into the CP account. These are on a 10 year vesting schedule Year 1- 0 Year 2-10% Year 3-20% year 4-20% Year 5-30% year 6- 40%year 7-50% year 8-60% Year 9-80% year 10-100% "give us 10 years we will make you a Millionaire"

We need software developed that will be able plug distributor in at above levels. software will need to be able to handle multiple product lines. Want a web site built that can be replicated for each agent, must have idea's on web development content.
