Description

I want a flash LOL builder like here:

Advanced Builder + Poster Builder.

Required features:
1. Multilingual, unicode (languages are loaded from XML, no need to write all language files, just need an ability to add additional languages except english). No select box needed, language selected in a parameter.
2. File upload ability
3. Select file from desired folder ability
4. Files are saved as PNG images.

Only Flash/Flex frontend needed.
Please contact me in PM with an example of your previous flash works and with a detailed info how this project will be done.
