Should be able to display places of interest, eg Night Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants (maintainable place categories), adding them from backstage, and allow user to search for them. Place places into the map, and provide further information to it.

Hello, My name is Anton, I'm from Ukraine/Kharov and I manage our FLASH branch here. We can develope for you this application as you requested. Final delivery will include FLASH and XML end user apllication and XML editor for all this map, but for this XML editor you need have on your web-hosting server simple PHP support. We will make this work in FLASH MX or FLASH XM2004, but we can in FLASH8. Looking on FLASH 8 plugin - 340kb, not a lot of people who have it, so we will make this excellent work in FLASH MX or MX2004. Go next, we new here, but have get few projects and almost finish it. So, in one day we will have 3 feedbacks. About this map and other images. Do you have it or we must serach for it?
