Description

I need a flash news type ticket that scrolls from left to right and has a cool look to it. I will pull it’s info for 2 XML files that change all of the time one is a list of songs that are playing and so will be updated every 5 minutes or so the other is just an information file that will me manually updated. I will have to the *.fla files for this project in case of minor changes.

I will upload the XML files because the format is static and cannot be altered.
