Description

This project was started by another devloper, but has changed and the developer has disappeared. We need a developer to fix and finish the work that he started and then add all of the new pages. Developer chosen will not be given free reign on this project but will work on a day to day basis with us to complete certain pages or sections before moving on. This project is extremely past deadline and requires a developer with exceptional skills and speed. We are looking for this to be completed by the end of the month (15 days max). Optimization and action scripting is a must. Each page has been design and will be provided to you as a psd or gif file. You will take each page, optimize or take images and text from that file and layout the flash animation site based on the layouts and instructions for programming that we provide. Loading time is critical, there must be very little. Budget is $550 max.
