Description

A. Intro

The website will present:
o THE COMPANY (Profile)
o it's SERVICES
o some NEWS related to the Company or Real Estate in generally
o the NEW DEVELOPMENTS of it
o THE LUXURY COLLECTION of PROJECTS
o and will give access to a CONTACT page for Request for Information purposes.

The website will be totally implemented with Flash and the contents should be within XML tags.
The site will be only in English.


B. Information Architecture

The site map contains the following main Sections:

- INTRO PAGE (this is a page with embed to flash movie pictures and logo)
- THE COMPANY
- SERVICES
- NEWS
- NEW DEVELOPMENTS
- LUXURY COLLECTION
- CONTACT

There ARE NO any subsections on the sections:

Regarding dynamic content for every page
- THE COMPANY page will have text to be dynamically changeable together with the big PHOTOS, which will rotate one above the other
with fade-in and fade-out. All these photos should be dynamically changed.
- SERVICES will have only text to be dynamic
- NEWS will have dynamic texts and links (to other websites)
- NEW DEVELOPMENTS will be presented as a Photo Gallery. Every Development will have:
-Title
-Short Description
-General Details
-Price Details
-Thumb Photos
-Main Photos (Every Project will have 1 or more pictures)
-LUXURY PROPERTIES will be presented as a Photo Gallery too. Every Property will have:
-Title
-Short Description
-General Details
-Price Details
-Related PDF link
-Thumb Photos
-Main Photos (Every Project will have 1 or more pictures)
There will be also a Slideshow for every Photo Gallery, simply by pressing the suitable button on the area next to thumbs.
-CONTACT page will have the form you can see on the Contact.psd

D. Time plan
FINAL DELIVERY: 2 weeks from our agreement and kick-off
MOCK-UP: 2-3 days after starting if possible
WORKING FRONT-END with sample data: 10 calendar days after our agreement
WORKING BACK-END: 15 calendar days after our agreement

SEE THE STORYBOARD BELOW:

1. Intro.psd page
- Logo and logo text will appear from fade-in
- Then the line will appear from fade-in
- Then one by one all thumbs with an effect like the one which used on http://www.adobe.com/flashon/ for all loading thumbs
With click everywhere on the screen will go to The.Company.psd page.
If the user do not click for 10 seconds, redirect it forcibly to The.Company.psd page.

2. The.Company.psd page
- Logo and all menus will appear from fade-in
- Then the wavy part will appear from fade-in
- Then the big image
- After the previous will appear the logo blue box from fade-in together with the text will will come line by line
- Last will appear the footer from fade-in

- The big images of properties will be rotated with fade-in and fade-out one above the other
- Menu text of the current page will be grey. Roll-over to menu text will become from dark blue to grey too.
Roll-over and roll-out should be like the ones on http://www.carldekeyzer.com , in which the roll-out event
is more milliseconds than the roll-over event and this one gives an impression of smoothness feeling on touch.

- If a user enter his e-mail on the "receive properties update box" and click go, an e-mail will be sent to him.
The e-mail will contain a PDF with all updated properties.

3. Services.psd page
- All header images will stay on the screen without move
- All texts and boxes will appear from fade-in
On text, will appear the scroll-up and scroll-down arrows if the text is bigger.
Scrolls will be moved with roll-over to them

4. News.psd page
I want the news to appear exactly as the News on http://www.alavastros.gr/aeter (firm > news)
I have the action script code for it and i'm attaching it.

5. New.developments.list
- All header images will stay on the screen without move
- All development list (photo and details) will appear one by one from the top to the bottom together with the logo on the right
- No movement for footer

- With roll-over to a development title, the picTure will be brighter and the description will be dark blue
- With click will go to New.developments.details

6. New.developments.details
- Big image will appear from fade-in together with the blue area and the text
- Thumbs will appear one-by-one
- No movement for footer

- The user could see a slideshow (fade-in and fade-out) from all images using the play symbol on the right of the thumbs. The user could stop the slideshow using the stop button.
With right arrow, user can go through the next set of 7 thumbs.
With left arrow, user can go through the previous set of 7 thumbs.
When slideshow is playing, left and right arrows should be disabled and thumbs should become grey too and "highlight" the current playing thumb (if possible)

7a. Luxury.collection.list-a
This is the first proposed screen on that:
- All boxes will appear one-by-one from fade-in (but very quickly)
- With roll-over to a box, all other near boxes on the same horizontal line, will become dark blue and the Property code,
short description and location will appear there
- With click on the image will open the Luxury.collection.details page
- No movement for footer

7b. Luxury.collection.list-b
This is the second proposed screen on that:
- All boxes will appear one-by-one from fade-in (but very quickly)
- With roll-over to a box, the photo box will become dark blue with transparency and the Property code,
short description and location will appear there
- With click on the image will open the Luxury.collection.details page
- No movement for footer

8. Luxury.collection.details
Very same as New.developments.details

9. Contact
All form will appear from fade-in

With submit form an e-mail will be sent to you, having all filled fields from the form.
A confirmation e-mail will be send to the user.
