Description:	I need a Flash programmer that can build an interface and a XML document for an e-learning project. I like to use XML to automatically generate the menu that appears in the CBT since it makes it easier to modify the content later. I have the source code for a previous project that is very close to what I am looking for. You would need to be able to change the following: - Intro splash screen - logos - colors - location of navigation buttons - menu from cascading to nested or tree style Once the interface is built, I would also need help converting powerpoint presentations to SWF files to make up the content. How much converting I need help with is dependent on price. Please provide a quote that covers the re-working of my older code to reflect a different look/feel and a new XML source document. An additional quote is also requested to for helping to convert the source content. I will upload a sample XML document and a mock-up of the user interface I am looking for. Thank you for looking.
