Description

I'm looking for a Flash tool/program (a very similar to XML/SWF Gauge http://www.maani.us/gauge/index.php), which would generate flash based on XML file. Website will be placed on local intranet and flash file need to be refreshed every 1 second.

Currently using above product but need some additional functions/objects like: blinking objects, support GIFs and to work flawlessly.
