Description: Hello

I need a poll system with following features

1. Polls to be displayed in 2 columns.
2. PHP scrip which will read the poll questions from XML file and update the result in Text file, show the result from text file, if user has already submitted poll. (Cookies)
3. Easily possible to upgrade the design of the Poll in flash.
