Description: Modifications to existing flash banner needed.

My company had a flash banner built controlled by xml.

There are several problems:

1. We need it to randomly display banners on page load.
2. We need auto play, so after 5 seconds or so, the banner switches to a new image etc
3. We need it to be able to display special characters (e.g. ®) which would be a "®", also it needs to be able to display japanese UTF-8 characters.
4. Need to be able to add up to 5 banner (or take away)

-New mock-up attached...

These modifications need to be made using the EXISTING code provided by the design agency.
