Description:	A gaf provider has been unable to complete a project, and the FLA still needs corrections. Should be simple for a good coder. You can download the complete files here: http://www.prestonhills.org/gaf/1.zip You can see the map project here: http://www.prestonhills.org/gaf/osky5.html Problems: 1- code is super bloated as it was originally from a much more complicated app - needs thinning down to make map faster 2- need each lot to have a hover color and prefarably a stroke or glow when you hover - some (in the upper left hand corner) have a hover color but it disappears too quickly 3- prices.swf needs a scroll bar so you can see all the prices 2- the zoom from the prices.swf table is way too much, needs changing 3- I want a zoom feature when you click on a lot in the map 4- the tooltips are ugly and need to be more modern looking 5- the tooltips need an html link so user can click to see a page more info 6- navigation panel looks "high tech" which I don't like - and needs a more stylish look to it - we are selling REAL ESTATE, not computers 7- navigation panel needs 1 more button for 100% zoom (function is there but it's not obvious to click on the center of the arrows button to get this function) 8- new icon for "see map" on prices.swf that matches navigation design So a small amount of design, and some code fixing - and this job will be done. I have to pay the original coder for his contribution - so bids of over $150 will not be considered unless you can do something fabulous with this map that goes beyond the scope of that I have outlined!
