Description

We need a banner made, that also has a dynamic menu with hover effects.

Plz look at attached graphics.

In bottom of banner are some text with hover effect (green) - upon hover a text fade in out see "NÅR DRØMMEN ER FODBOLD" when u hover other menu item it hi lights green and other text fade in and out. Also the pic in background (here its football) will fade out/in to other related to that menu item.
Number of menu items will not be fixed.

So at first menu item hi light green, then pic change and text fade in and out... each animation with pic and text take about 3 sec.
When u click menu item, it goes to url defind in XML.

All these items in flash must be defined in XML.. path to pics (1 per menu item) text in menu item, Text that fade in out in flash and link.

We expect nice fast animation, with impressive text fade in out.
