Description:	I need a dynamic flash banner that should not be too hard. I would like to pull a number (anywhere from 0 up to 99,999) from a formated xml feed and display it in the banner (including the comma). It would be awesome if you could make the numbers flip down or have each digit roll around (price is right wheel style) until it stops on the correct digit. I would like a button along the bottom of the banner that is linkable (where the link can be changed in the source) and after the number finishes rolling in, a shine/glint whatever you want to call it, rolls across the button to catch people's attention. This shine/glint should repeat every so often as well to keep drawing the attention, but the numbers only need to roll in the first time. Details The size should be about 190px wide and about 110px height at the most. (Probably more around 190px wide by 40px height for the rolling/flipping digits, more if needed for the visual effects ontop of the digits and 190px wide by 20px height for the button along the bottom that says Learn More.) The time for each digit to roll in should be about 1 second, so it should if 10,000 it should take around 5-6 seconds to roll in..The digits should stop starting on the right and increment stopping until the far left number has stopped. The other digits should continue rolling until finished. The colors should all be editable in the source fla, but these are what they will most likely be. Background White. Number - Black Learn More Text - White Bottom button that learn more is on - Dark Green or Dark Blue with a gloss to it. The Digits for the number should be in some block font (Arial Black is an example). The xml will be a link to an xml file and will have other data in it, but the only tag that needs to be pulled is the description tag. Example Follows: <rss version="2.0"> <channel> <item> <description>10,250</description> </item> </channel> </rss> I need this project to be completed 1-2 days after bidding is complete.
