Children's Music Maker Site

We are looking for a AS flash developer to build a very simple `music production` tool.
See attached sketch for the visual of what the program should look like.

•The registered users (children 5-11 year old) will be able to drag and drop pre programmed audio/drum, midi etc and make tunes.
•Will be able to apply `fx`/'loops' to the audio streams they produce
•They will be able to sing through microphone over their music track - optional requirement.
•The user will also be able to save their tracks to their account so they can play/edit at later stages.
•This will need to be an online, flash based (accessed via a secure log in) music production tool – very simple for the users (as they are children)
•Adobe air can be used - as a downloadable application - optional requirement.
