Description: I am not an excel wizard. I may not be asking the question right but I want to have a spreed sheet built with macro's or other items so when I put data in an excel spread sheet is sorts and colors the way I want. I have included two types of the same source of data. Let me know which one works best for you. I want a running sheet with out asking alot of questions. It must be very simple to use so any simpleton can use it. I have included some instructions as well.

I dont really understand the requirement, but I can help you set the color of the date field to red if the taken date is exceed 3 days from now. It is better if you have each record in a row, so it will be easy to copy the setting.

It can be done through Macro as well as through VB & ms access programming. What will bw your prference ?
