Converting XHTML to valid 2.1 Jooma 1.5 template, with menu styling

Template Requirements:

1. Set up and Style menu with submenus (you can use extended menu module)

2. Valid css 2.1

3. table-less

4. working on IE 6,7,8, FF, Safari (Mac and PC)

5. Create "debug" module position

6. Collapsable module positions

7. Google mootools (link) and turn off Joomla mootools (php code) - I will provide you link and php code
